The case was moved under managerial request without fixing a date to show up under the steady gaze of the transferee court, and no data in such a manner was bestowed on the parties.
Transferee Court should give notice parade to the gatherings on receipt of records moved under managerial request as given under Paragraph 6, Section XIII, Volume I of High Court Rules and Orders.
