Segment 249-ASegment 561-A is not a legitimate cure after dismissing Application 249-A. 439-439-A summons. The Hon'ble High Court saw that the legitimate solution for the distressed individual was under Segment 439 or 439-(A) Cr.P.C., not under Segment 561-A Cr.P.C. As such, this application is excused for not being viable and having no benefits. Segment 249-An is "that the charge is baseless or that there is no likelihood of the accused being sentenced for any offence".
